We couldn't be more thankful that we chose Aaron Hosey as our realtor. My wife and I had two properties, due to our recent marriage and we ended up becoming landlords as a result. When our renters gave us a short notice that they would be moving out, Aaron stepped in and had the property listed promptly, in order to help us avoid the dreaded hardship of two mortgages. He lent a helping hand to speed up repairs in order to get the home listed as soon as possible. We had a contract on the home almost immediately, however it unfortunately fell through. But even with the home tied up in that contract, the property still sold within 15 days! We never felt the burden of two mortgages, thanks to Aaron and his broad team of contacts in the business. If we sale again, we know Aaron will take care of us.
